Account and profile data

Zhakaw may store a username, password hash, age, gender, profile text, location, avatar, account rank, preferences, and other settings you choose to provide.

Messages and community activity

Public room messages, private messages, reactions, friendships, reports, moderation actions, stories, uploads, and related activity may be stored so the service can function and abuse can be investigated.

Security data

The service may process IP addresses, session data, device identifiers or hashes, login events, trusted-device records, and security logs to protect accounts and investigate suspicious behavior.

Control and retention

Administrators can apply retention and cleanup policies. Account, message, and security data may be retained for operational, safety, backup, or legal requirements appropriate to the deployment.
