SAFAR OTA collects only the account, contact, traveler/guest, order and manual-payment information required to provide this synthetic travel-support service. Passport data is not requested by this version.

Passwords are stored as hashes. Operational logs are designed not to contain passwords, authentication tokens or secrets. Customers can export their data, revoke other sessions and request account anonymization from the profile area.

Order, payment-verification and audit records may be retained where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, security and operational integrity. Configurable retention controls apply to short-lived tokens and operational API/error logs.
